The Jazz-Blues Humbucker is perfect for those who want a traditional humbucking tone, except we magnetize one coil of the Jazz Blues Humbucker stronger than the other coil to give this Humbucker a bright, scooped mid-range tone. This is great for those looking for a brighter, more single-coil sounding humbucker. Wound with 42-gauge plain enamel wire, and built with AlNiCo V magnets. Built by modifying the 50’s specs. We magnetize one coil stronger than the other to clean up the tone and scoop the mids.

  • Hubucker clear, clean, articulate

  • Output: Neck 8,2K, Bridge 9K

  • Bobbin colour: Choice of zebra, white or black (please specify when ordering)

  • Covers: Choice of polished nickel, raw nickel, gold or without (please specify when ordering)

  • One coil magnetized stronger than the other, giving it a scooped midrange tone
